     Stephanie Bardwell is an Associate Professor of Management and Department Chair for 2005-2008 in Virginia at Christopher Newport University. She serves as Director of the Small Business Institute, is on the board of advisors of the Hampton Roads Technology Incubator, Small Business Institute Directors Association [SBIDA], member of the International Academy of Information Management [IAIM], the International Atlantic Economic Society and Beta Gamma Delta.

     She is a graduate of S.U.N.Y. Albany with a cum laude Bachelor of Arts in History and Education; she holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She is an active member of the California Bar and New York Bar and specializes in business law, intellectual property and international standardization concerns.
